Add your Event to our 'What's On' page
How it works
If you are holding an Event in 2012 and wish to advertise it on these pages, complete and submit the Form below. Once the Event has been manually verified, we will send you a Paymet request. You can pay by cheque or by Credit/Debit Card. Once payment has cleared then your Event will appear on this Listing until the end of 2012. Your event will be seen across a broad range of websites:- this website, Jubilee2012.com and the <location>2012.com websites listed at the bottom of this page (e.g. Windsor2012.com). One price, all the websites.
Are you planning a Street Party? Whiy not invite those that came to the 1977 or the 2002 Street Party as well? Advertise it here and you may have some ex-residents get in touch with you!

If you want to use your email address as a public contact we strongly recommend that you get a temporary hotmail or similar email address to use for the contact details on the Listing. Whilst we can disguise it a bit, visible email addresses on websites do tend to attract spam. Alternatively, if you have a website with a Contact Form, direct viewers to that.

Terms and Conditions
In addition to our standard Terms and Conditions (click here to read), you also agree to the following
1. You agree that We can store the details that You provide on Our Database for the purposes of passing on to third parties in order that they may contact you. Except for the next Terms (Numbers 2 and 3, below), Your details will only be used for communication about Events and will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted at Your request or at the end of 2012 in any case.
2. You agree that We are solely providing an Advertising service and do not vet or monitor in any way any party that wishes to contact You. Before parting with any money or giving out personal details You must confirm that the other party is who he or she says he is.
3. If you tick the 'Newsletter' box, We will add You to our list of Newsletter recipients. The Newsletter will keep You updated about the progress of the Games, other activities happening at the same time (such as the Queen's Diamond Jubilee) that You may wish to attend as well and other items that We think that You may find interesting and relevant. You can Subscribe or Unsubscribe to the Newsletter independently of Your Event entry just by going to the Newsletter page and following the instructions.
